“The fan was not working on my A/C called to schedule appointment was told going to be $96.00 for service call. I agreed so could get things working. The technician diagnosed the fan motor needed replaced Friday they quoted me price $1,300 and would be Monday if they order the part right away plus another $50 to come back to install. I told them absolutely not. I was charged $96 then another $56 to diagnose the problem. I had another AC company come to replace the motor that same day then found out the freeon was empty. $156 was not worth it let alone what they were pushing to hurry up to commit to the repair for $1,300 plus $50 fee. Will not ever recommend Black Tie.”
