I appreciate that they showed up on time, communicated well, and took the time to swap out their shoes when they came in the house. My technician, Rob made me aware of a small impending issue with my outdoor unit. Easy fix since he had the part needed in his van. Black Tie advertises that they do things to a higher standard.
